Blissful You – Terms & Conditions

1. Booking Deposits

50% Secure Deposit: A non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total treatment cost is required to secure all bookings.
Payment Method: This deposit must be paid at the time of booking via our online system or in-salon to confirm your time slot.
Deduction: The deposit amount will be deducted from your final bill on the day of your treatment.

2. Cancellations & No-Shows

48-Hour Notice: We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Deposit Forfeiture: If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, your 50% deposit will be forfeited as a late cancellation fee.
No-Shows: Failure to show up for your appointment without notice will result in a charge equal to 100% of the treatment cost, and the remaining balance will be billed to your account.
Account Standing: Any outstanding fees must be settled in full before Blissful You can accept future bookings.

3. Patch Testing Policy

Mandatory Testing: A patch test is strictly required at least 24 hours prior to your first eyebrow or eyelash treatment at Blissful You.
No Test, No Treatment: If you do not attend a patch test at least 24 hours beforehand, your treatment will not be provided under any circumstances.
Late Cancellation Penalty: Cancelled appointments resulting from a missed patch test will be treated as a late cancellation, and your 50% deposit will be forfeited.
Test Updates: Patch tests must be repeated every 12 months, or sooner if you experience changes to your health or medical history.

4. Nail Guarantee & Repair Policy

5-Day Fix: We want you to love your nails. We offer complimentary nail repairs within 5 days of your original appointment.
Coverage: This guarantee covers unexpected chips, lifting, or peeling under normal day-to-day wear.
Exclusions: The free repair policy does not cover damage caused by picking, biting, heavy physical impacts, or harsh chemical exposure (e.g., cleaning products).
After 5 Days: Any nail repair requests made after the 5-day window will be charged at our standard per-nail rate.

5. Salon Environment (Children & Pets)

Pre-Arranged Only: For health, safety, and insurance reasons, no children or pets are permitted in the salon unless explicitly pre-arranged and approved by management.
Relaxation Space: Blissful You is designed as a calm, relaxing environment for all guests; we kindly ask that you respect this policy to ensure the comfort of all clients.

6. Late Arrivals

10-Minute Grace Period: Please arrive on time. We offer a maximum grace period of 10 minutes.
Shortened Service: If you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened to ensure our next client is not delayed.
Full Price: The full price of the original scheduled service will still be charged for shortened appointments.

7. Right to Refuse Service

Staff Safety: Blissful You reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating aggressive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behaviour.
Medical Contraindications: Service may be declined if a client presents with an active skin or nail infection that compromises health and safety.
